Technical details

English: According to French Embassy in Germany, the blue stripe is Pantone Reflex Blue and the red stripe is Pantone 032, which equals to RGB (0,85,164), (255,255,255) and (239,65,53) respectively, or #0055A4, #FFFFFF, #EF4135.
